By accessing or using the Vamp Discord bot or its associated web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Access to the Vamp dashboard is granted through Discord OAuth2 authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Service without notice.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including profile information, uploaded images, and support messages.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for commercial purposes outside of the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
Staff members may take moderation actions including warnings, content removal, upload restrictions, or account suspension. Moderation decisions are final.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
If your account is suspended, you may contact us to appeal the decision. We are not obligated to restore access to any suspended account.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service relies on Discord for authentication. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Terms of Service and is outside our control.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services linked from or integrated with the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
